Ever After Shipping Information

How? 
We will ship your dress through UPS. Packages will be shipped with no signature required at delivery unless you request us to do otherwise. 
Cost and Time Frame? 
Your dress will be shipped out within 2 business days of placing the order. We charge a flat rate ranging $30-$50 depending on your location and weight of the dress. This charge covers your shipping cost and labor required to send out the package.  If the package is international shipping rates will vary and the customer is responsible for any and all shipping costs this includes taxes or duties once it arrives to your country. 
Where? 
We ship to all 50 states in the United States and all US islands. We will not ship PO boxes, APOs, or FPOs. Outside the United States we will ship to any country. 
How long? 
All orders could take up to 24 hours to process depending on when the order is placed. This time could be longer during the peak season due to more foot traffic inside our brick and mortor location. Once we process and confirm your order we will send you tracking information on your package. This date can vary due to the possibility of having to special order the dress. At checkout, you will be asked for a "wear date" this date needs to be your prom date. The only time we will charge your card is if the dress will make it to you in time for your wear date. Ground shipping can take 3-5 days once the package is sent out. Please keep shipping times in mind when placing your order.
